on Monday, Ronny Knight announced that he would be driving the #79 Mountain Dew Ford for RJ Bandsma Motorsports, as Justin Bandsma will be at Brands Hatch running the rTrainer Open Wheel Series race, the rFactor Grand Prix, and he asked Knight to sub for him in 10 races, starting with Daytona. | |

| Riggleman Racing bought out by Ranger Motorsports
Recently Mark Riggleman, Jr. lost his ride for 2011 who's only got a 21 starts, His family team was bought out by RAML Canadian Tire Series team Ranger Motorsports, sister team to RJ Bandsma Motorsports. Andrew Ranger will only drive the car during the International races, 4 other drivers will start the #19 ride along with Ralph Earnhardt, Jason Berman, Louis Jones & Randy Towler. Ranger Motorsports will sponsor the team most of the season long with Falken Tire, Stanley Tools, Best Buy, & Sony. Mark Riggleman, Jr. has left RAML to fully focus on his PSRL Smoke Produtions Series team.
Bobby Swetz to drive in the RAML Acceleracers Cup Series all star race
Recently, Bobby Swetz won at Boston International Speedway for RJ Bandsma Motorsports , has recently been invited to race in the RAML Acceleracers Cup Series all star race for Ford Motorsports, Inc. with sponsorship from NOS Energy Drink, and Charlotte Motor Speedway. He will drive a 2011 Ford Fusion for both the Showdown & All Star race.
Bruce Earnhardt to retire from RAML after 2011
Recently, Bruce Earnhardt announced he would retire after the RAML Acceleracers Cup Series. Bruce as not announced his successor. RAML Canadian Tire Series driver, Don Thompson, Jr. has talked to Earnhardt about driving the #15 Chevrolet, But hasn't talked to him in since.

| Brendan McDowell to drive for Robert Johnson Motorsports, Inc. starting in 2012
Recently Brendan McDowell has accounced he will team up with Robert Johnson Motorsports, Inc. as Car Johnson will retire after the 2011 season. McDowell will drive the #83 Red Bull Dodge, his cousin Micheal will drive the #76 NAPA Auto Parts Dodge in 2012, as for the #29 team. Tyler Speed could drive the #29 Dodge in 2012, but hasn't announced anything yet. | |
